Skinny Fiber Diet Plan
Many people wonder what they should eat while taking these pills each day or if they need to restrict their calories. This product helps you lose weight without dieting because your body will naturally crave less sweets and you will feel full longer after you take your pills and require less to eat to feel satisfied.
However, if you want to accelerate your weight loss, we recommend eating foods rich in vitamins and minerals and having a healthy diet in general. Use the following chart as an example:
|Fruits||Vegetables||Lean Meats||Dairy Products and Eggs||Carbohydrates||Healthy Fats|
(Granny Smith are especially low in sugar)
|Spinach||Chicken Breast||Plain yogurt (low or nonfat)||Cooked oatmeal||Almonds|
|Berries||Broccoli||Fish||Cottage cheese (low-fat)||Cereal (less than 7 grams of sugar per serving)||Olives|
|Citrus Fruits||Leafy Salad Greens (avoid Iceberg lettuce)||Turkey||Eggs and egg-whites||Wholegrain bread||Avocados|
|Oranges||Cucumber, Celery, Carrots||Lean Steak||Skimmed Milk||Brown rice||All Natural Peanut Butter|
|Pears||Bell Peppers||Pork Tenderloin||Semi-skimmed milk to replace cream in coffee||Whole grain pasta||Olive Oil|
Many people ask if they can eat after dinnertime. I don’t really believe in any of the “Don’t eat 3 hours before bedtime” or “don’t eat after dinner” rules. In Spain, the people eat dinner at 9-10 PM or later and if you go there, you will see that the majority of the people are extremely slim and in shape. That’s because they eat smaller portions and eat lighter at dinner time. Rather than load up on potatoes and pasta, they’re more likely to have fresh garden salad alongside a juicy steak or chicken breast. They also use olive oil and don’t fry everything up either.
If you are suffering from cravings, eat vegetables like celery or cucumber because they are extremely low and calorie and also high in water content. That means, you can eat as much as you like and also are helping to keep your body hydrated.
I also think it’s important to drink a lot of water (especially when taking skinny fiber). Drinking herbal teas with stevia or coffee with low-fat milk and stevia will also help keep your stomach full but satisfy your craving for something tasty and sweet. At the end of the day, there are plenty of healthy alternatives to your favorite treats, you just need to look for recipes that are lighter and lower in calories! And don’t forget that it’s okay to treat yourself now and again!
